me and my wife went to this clinc for help on ivf and we got so far and then a new doctor steps in again and we tell told him everything all over again and then he had my wife confussed with a another patient and confusses everything by mention MDD which my wife has not go so i wrote to them to tell them and they blocked my emails and we have not heard anything else about new appointments this is devasting and wrong for them to do its so rude to block someone on email

Our experience with the Shropshire and Mid Wales Fertility Clinic began in 2024, and unfortunately, it has been extremely negative from the outset due to ongoing failures within the service. Very disappointed. We have only gone as far as testing but there is no way we would go further here due to the issues we’ve had. Multiple delayed appointments (which is torture when every month is a missed opportunity), mislabelled blood tests, incorrect information in letters (including getting dates wrong which if I hadn’t picked up on it would have rendered my blood tests obsolete). I had 3 full rounds of ivf here. 11 embryos transfered and zero stuck. They wouldn't change protocol nore would they investigate and i was told it was age related (38) and unexplained infertility. My history before ivf highlighted something that would have had a negative impact and I was told ivf bypasses the problem area. 2 years lo and behold I had to have both tubes removed and they where toxic to embryos.
