Joanne has been an absolute blessing in my life. Shrinking fat cells and building muscle and finally understanding why/how after a lifetime of frustration and disappointment. Joanne will meet you where you are in your journey. She inspiring, intelligent and not judgmental at all. I love her! I have done 3 programs so far and hope to do more soon.

Joanne is so passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals. She checked in with me personally multiple times during the 5 day program I did with her. She had multiple zoom calls with our group and you could FEEL her passion and enthusiasm for health. She is also extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and how to get it to run optimally.
