Clean, supportive, kind and knowledgeable. Joanne is very engaging and present. Such a lovely lady and facility.
Joanne is so passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals. She checked in with me personally multiple times during the 5 day program I did with her. She had multiple zoom calls with our group and you could FEEL her passion and enthusiasm for health. She is also extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and how to get it to run optimally.
A good friend asked me to do Peak Week with her so reluctantly said yes and I am so glad I did! It has been exactly what I needed. Not only did I lose several pounds I FEEL so much better. Looking forward to participating in more programs. Joanne’s coaching and the group setting is a perfect combination.
