This is top quality seafood! I occasionally go to Captain D's and Long Johns. They're ok but you can tell an immediate difference in the freshness and quality at Shrimp Dock. I had the fried cod, fried large shrimp, and hush puppies. Everything had a really good and unique flavor. The hush puppies have a slight sweet flavor that's unlike any I've ever had (corn inside?). Food was subpar a notch above a fast food restaurant but a lot pricier. The restaurant itself was i need of a cleaning everything was sticky floors, table, salt/pepper shakers, etc. No condiments, no lemons, every ketchup bottle was empty. We were the only ones in the place so its not like that stuff couldn't have been done. Not a good first impression 😕
Good selectin of fish, prices reflect being located in a landlocked state.
Fantastic fresh seafood.. Just pick what you want out of the case.And they'll cook it for you to order..
