We worked at this amazing venue recently and can not speak highly enough about the staff, service, food and place itself! Being a supplier for the night, they welcomed us so warmly and ensured we had everything we needed to get our job done. Our recent experience at this event center was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the building owner. Despite initially promising us full-day access to the venue, he double-booked the space, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our event. Instead of owning up to the mistake and working toward a respectful resolution, he made comments suggesting he was considering kicking us out — even though we were paying customers with a written agreement.
