Our recent experience at this event center was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the building owner. Despite initially promising us full-day access to the venue, he double-booked the space, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our event. Instead of owning up to the mistake and working toward a respectful resolution, he made comments suggesting he was considering kicking us out — even though we were paying customers with a written agreement.
