They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. Even gave me a deal after there was a technical issue with bookings (through no fault of their own) to make sure I was well taken care of and left feeling happy-which I 100% did!
The Showroom Collective is an authorized dealer for UHaul trucks. We booked a U Haul 3 weeks prior to our move and when we arrived for pickup, they said "oh, it looks like there's no trucks here". Apparently the people who rented it out the day before had not returned it. Showroom Collective could have at least gave us a courtesy call letting us know so we didn't have to come there on the same day as our move! I dropped off my CRV to Tyrell and I’m blown away by how good it looks. The glass is so clean, not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere, the roof is back to its original state. It looks brand new and way better than what the dealership can do. As someone who’s been a detailer I can confidently say these guys are highly skilled at what they do and nothing short of perfection
