Really disappointed with the lack of follow through and commitment to the scheduled repairs. I understand that only 1 technician can complete the job and he had to reschedule due to an injury, however, if I book for a Thursday the he needs to complete the job on a Thursday. Rescheduling 2 Thursday bookings to a Monday because you don’t work Thursdays anymore isn’t ok. We’ve waited and prepped the shower as requested.
Wonderful job done today by Drew , Beyond prompt, Drew was early, which is a pleasant surprise. Workmanship, attention to detail & knowledge all on show Highly recommended

The contractor advised we had Cement grout on the wall tiles and per their Quote that wouldn't be removed, but instead your Hyrdo sealer would be used. Despite many less hours of time spent on the work we were still charged the original price. We were concernt that there are a few small patches of mould on the grout on the wall tiles. If the Hydro Sealer has been used - should this mould have been treated first? In the second shower there is a gap in the grout on the wall tiles. This should have been filled and sealed. Very bad experience so far and would avoid using this company. Firstly the tradesman didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to and we were not contacted. When the work finally got done they stuffed it, making a very minor leak became a large one causing damage to roof and electronics in room below. When I rung to get someone out was told they could try get someone out in about a week. Would not provide any details of anyone I could contact more urgently and I’m still without a shower and this has caused a lot of damage... read more
