Very poor customer service. No return call or email. Trying to exchange a handheld shower that was supposed to be brushed nickel. I got chrome instead and left calls and e-mails to exchange and got no response. Never again!
This companies return policy requires you to pay postage so know that before you order. I ordered from them and got the run around on returning a product that I thought was needed but did not. It cost me $12 plus a trip to the post office to mail the return on a product that was $29.00! I will never order anything from this company again. It was even cumbersome just to get a return mailing label.
