We completed 2 x bathrooms with The Shower Doctor Jan/Feb 25. Excellent service from everyone involved. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, thanks to the incredible team involved. As a first big repair shower Unit' I was impressed from the day i asked for a quote; Two guys did the quote i was impressed with them. On receiving the quote i accepted it. From first day i had Jay he was professional in working day one. Day two & three i had Esma once again he was professional. We had a poorly constructed shower bed that had been leaking for some time, and we were overwhelmed with the task of finding someone to fix it. Fortunately, The Shower Doctor exceeded our expectations from the very first appointment. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, demonstrating that this is their area of expertise. We feel the Shower Dr hit the right balance of plan to completion. We looked at a few others and they were over kill on planning, upfront fees, “styling”, and over use if tech. We were able to talk to a person, get advice and a good design easy up front. No huge deposit but great communication. They came on the days they said they would and all the staff or subbies texted etc which was appreciated. The tradies were professional and friendly. The quality met our hopes and the end product looks great.
The Shower Doctor team were all very professional. They were prompt, arriving on time every day. A very big thank you to Drew, Esma, Shianne for your courtesy, and excellent workmanship.
