I needed a new door and door frame. First, day they were supposed to come out and do estimate, no show, no call. I called, they set up another day, I had called to tell them not to come as I was ill. They came any ways plus early. I have waited for my estimate, they said they were going to send. Scott and Abbie replaced the subfloor and flooring in my back laundry room, 2 toilets and flooring in guest bath. They are kind, conscientious and professional. Their attention to detail is wonderful. I'm so happy with the results! They also make very cool personalized plaques. I can never find anything with my name on it, spelled the way i spell it. So pleased with the Shoup Group, they came and repaired a door that was stuck shut in the same week I called. My door works like new. Would call them again anytime.

Scott and Abbie make very cool personalized plaques. I can never find anything with my name on it, spelled the way i spell it. I love mine so much that I'm ordering them for my grandkids. High quality and beautiful! It doesn't have to be a name. My sister is ordering one that says FAMILY for her picture wall. I love it and will be hiring them for home improvements since their attention to detail is so wonderful.
