Told to call at 8am to get any appointment.. call at 8 cant even join the queue as its full.. so either go and queue at the drs to try and get one at 8 or just dont bother! Joke of a surgery. Used to be really good until Robert Frew took over!
Changed to this surgery after moving to shotgate. Once i finally got an appointment i was shocked by the rudeness of not just the receptionist but the acutal doctor herself. I don't recommend using this surgery unless you absolutely have to.
Staff are always very helpful. Not their fault that the surgery is hopelessly over subscribed. Book online, 8:00 am telephone lottery or stand outside prior to opening to get a same day appointment. Very good doctors and nursing staff but ridiculous to get appointments without playing the above system.
Was seen by a GP this Monday gone and she was exceptionally good and the surgery called me today to check on my progress. I’m pressed with the aftercare service too
