The steak was chewy
My wife & I dropped into the Shorty on our way home. So we just thought we drive past the hotel often let’s stop for lunch today. Well what a suprise. We ordered two entrees. The octopus Mediterranean and the nachos. Thankfully we didn’t buy a main meal. With two drinks. All up $52 which was great value for money. These images are our empty plates. We will be sure to come back another Sunday.
Chips were cold and a moth in my salad
We had a very decent night, decent amenities apart from the mirror which was stained with a strange red substance, very difficult to find a parking space because it was full so we had to go around several times. Quality reception and great atmosphere during the evening, I recommend this hotel.
We used to live in the area and only left because bad plumbing infrastructure and no high speed internet. We bought a place in Wallsend but I’ve never had a more diverse yet so amazing neighbours. Our time there could never have been so fun if not for the Waller St crowd of the early 00’s
