This is a memory care center. We visited our relative there for the first time. Nice location. Easy intake process. Would have appreciated a orientation to the place.
They take wonderful care of my mom and her room is always neat and clean
Waiting to get resident help to move from bed to chair takes way too long. Each time I have been here it has been between 30-45 mins. This is unacceptable.
