My mother was a resident for 3 years in memory care. I was able to visit often and was extremely satisfied with the staff and care givers. All employees knew her by name and often got a smile from her.
My sister Michele was a resident there for only a short while. I wish she had moved there 6 months earlier while she was more able to care for herself and get around. A very nice place with really good people like Jeremy and nurse Jannesa. They were great to have there to talk to. Thank you, Shores of Phalen, for making Michele's last few months as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
My brother has been a resident at The Shores for three years. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful. His suite is plenty large for one person and he has made it comfortable for him. The food is really good home cooking and healthy. Don likes fresh fruit and he is served as often as he likes. He has had speech ,physical , and occupational therapy and the therapist are excellent. Don considers the Shores his home and we are thrilled he has adapted and grateful to the staff for helping him with his transition.
My brother has been a resident @ the Shores of Lake Phalen for almost a year and we couldn’t be more pleased with his care. My brother has a traumatic brain injury so he is unable to make appropriate decisions about his own care. The staff is very cognizant of his situation and treat him like family.
