I've lived here for almost 8 years now! A lot of great improvements have been made over the years!
I moved from park a to park b on March 29, 2017. We moved back the next day. They had to disconnect my washer to move it. When they hooked up my washer, they hooked it up wrong. I have hot water coming in the cold & cold water in the hot. There was damage done to my deck, a window frame and the door jam. My skirting was put up in April 5th and I am still missing a piece of skirting. There is a gap between the skirting and the ground as well as between the back porch and the house. They are crooks there word means nothing people in office are rude and very on professional
They don't want to do Repairs on their rental homes
Leave bad rating on Google if you truly want to affect anything. This water company needs to be switched. They want to charge me $35 extra cause they have to come tell me in person. Like they come to the trailer park specially for me when they stop and multiple places in here. Just another way for them to get extra cash from your pockets.
In the middle of negotiating the remainder of whats owed my family for our security deposit on a home we owne. They some how found a way to short us on that $600 deposit as I figured they would. Will keep you kind folks of Hometown updated on your Mr.John Tucker and your Management to see just how honest a team you're dealing with hear.
