They only care about your money and how they can get it. they'll take forever to get anything done but penalize you for anything they can. it took 3 months to put in a undersized driveway when the first one they had was completely fine. they left a mess and concrete on the house without any regard. now that only one car can fit the driveway they wanna charge us parking violations and threaten to toe our car for parking in front of our own house.
so very unfriendly and unprofessional in the way they conduct business. violation letters all the time over petty things like kids toys. the worst neighborhood to live in.
if your young with kids and don't care about your home or property then YES this is your place to live you will love it. these brand new homes are open enjoy,, in another note we have been waiting for street lights for 3 years now. I just pray all these kids that are running the streets all hours don't get hit.

I still have no gas or skirting I would still not recommended this place to anyone they don't seem to care meters been on since Wednesday park still has not connected the gas
Terrible place to live I moved here 4 months ago had nothing but problems first my lot was no good due to flooding so they moved us then it turned out there was no gas line for the new lot been without gas for 10 days and will have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks I had to call the gas company myself thanks for informing us Heather I would not recommend this place to anyone
I saw this place with a sales person by the name of Tracy and was very impressed at how many new homes they have in
I am loving all the New homes coming in and all the Great things to come. �
