Dated to the point of dirty. Filthy looking carpets. The air conditioner is a box fan you can put in your window. How they pass an electrical inspection is a miracle. Dirty windows overlooking Lake Superior.

Leaky roof in hall. No screen on 2nd floor window. Flies in room with no A/C. Broken door hinge makes exit difficult. Outdoor patio covered in seagull poop. Checked out early.
