I like to shop there & it’s close
Nice indoor shopping mall with ample amount of both covered and non covered parking spaces. Also, having a modernized play area for the kids are always a plus.

SEPHORA Horrible customer service Gladys (if that’s her name) would not accept a returned defective item bought 3 days earlier said I had to call corporate on which they said they have to exchange or refund when I went back explained this she said she would have to speak with store director basically found out she lied corporate said there is no store director , very rude combative ... And she would not come out she sent one of the poor girls to do her dirty work DO NOT BUY HERE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS go to south coast... read more
What is going on at this mall? This used to be a fabulous mall, filled with stores, restaurants and people. The last few years it has steadily gone down hill. Every month, we lose big name stores and they are being replaced with a bunch of junk. I really hope that this doesn’t turn into the Laguna Hills Mall. What is management doing to keep the stores we have and to prevent more from leaving?
