The mall is so set by having a captive shopping group of students, it's free to suck and not care. Right now some stores are 77F because the AC isn't being handled. The roof repeatedly leaks. Store homes are regularly empty from high rents. There is almost nothing for the 25 and under crowd to shop for. The list goes on. The place could be great. It used to be very good.
I have fallen in love with this mall. Love the stores and have always had great customer service since day 1. Tried the Nail Studio and I have now found my most favorite place! It was a great experience.
Some stores to shop in and a decent resturant would draw more people to this mall

This Mall has potential, but with the constant raising of rents we are losing many of the good stores and have more and more vacancies, how we make them wake up and see they are ruining the Mall experience.. And just as the Holidays are getting under way...
