Definitely not what I ordered. The arrangement that I described to them was bigger (online) than what I got. She asked me which one I liked, I told her the name of it that is on their website. She said they were out of those roses, told her ok, she could substitute . I asked that sunflowers be added, they were and pink and lilac color also, to an extent, it was. Not what we talked about. Failed to delivery a plant to a service. Would not answer nor return call to discuss refund. Horrible service!!!
