Be weary of this the new manager Steve. He was fired from a major dealership he is not allowed on the lot nor can even call the the dealership . I would definitely insist on what type of oil you put in your you may not get the right oil IE the wrong weight. He seems to think it doesn't matter. Quick fixes and routing around problems or an easier solution as opposed to doing the job correctly. According to him. I would definitely take the mechanics advice over his.
