I’ve had an appointment for over a week booked now with Timmy, and just was canceled with no explanation. I was going to get my haircut before an engagement party this afternoon and now we will try and have to figure out what to do. Very unprofessional! I will hesitate to book here again.
Booked a beard trimming for my wedding over a week in advance. Morning of the appointment I got a text saying it got canceled without explaining why. I called the place and got no response. Very unprofessional.
