I was looking for a car for a while, then in the marketplace I saw the guy Les had a 2018 hyundai tucson advertised. I scheduled an appointment with him to check the vehicle since I have no experience in vehicles. the car was mechanically good, and I asked him if there were any problems with the engine he said nothing it is a perfect vehicle, but after I bought it, the engine is burning oil. Be careful with this guy he is doing shity business

I went here with my 92 Mustang for oil leaks and updating since it is 32 years old, they didn't tighten the clamp on the lower radiator hose properly and I almost lost all the coolant 20 miles from home. I still have massive oil leaks. This place is terrible.

This is a very long story, I'll do my best to just hit the highlights. After The Shop One LLC having my 2020 Ram for over 3 month to diagnose a spudded, they finally find a burnt cylinder. Less tells me I need a new motor, I asked the price and said get it asap, I need my truck back. He's said he'll have it done in 2 weeks. Fast forward, now the truck has been there almost 5 months, less tells me I now owe him even more money. I'm now at almost $20,000, much more than expected.
