Just wanted to say thank you for the tows you did for us Monday 7/7/25. This was a breakdown we had never experienced with the both pickup and the 5th wheel. Your drivers were both GREAT!! (2 separate tows) They were very helpful and kind to us during these tows and made sure we were safe. It made our day so much better because of their help. We appreciate everything they did. Straight up honest people thanks
Used the towing services of the Shop on 28 today, as the original tow driver refused a roadside assistance call because he "doesn't come to Grove unless it costs, at least, $200". So, on a second attempt, a driver from Shop on 28, Michael R. (can't spell his last name), arrived in a timely manner, kept me notified every step of the way, was kind and answered questions, and informative.
