Locally owned repair shop (which is so very important to me) owners are operators and the quality of their work is exceptional. I’ll keep my money locally and always take my vehicles to “The Shop” for not only repairs but they’ve done a lot of upgrades to my Jeep!
Kind courtesy professional technicians easy to talk to don't give you the runaround and try and upsell you on things you don't need no dramatics like big dealerships good reasonable auto and truck repair not like all the other places I've been through out the year's Great people to do business with.
These guys took care of my diesel transit van that had some issues with its DPF/emissions system. They were able to diagnose, order parts, and get it fixed up in just a couple of days. They worked with me to document everything they did and I was able to get an emergency repair reimbursement from Ford since they did everything by the book. Great guys! Top notch skills and great communication. They always picked up the phone when I called! A+
Great service! Tony has always been efficient, reasonable and timely. Even during Covid when other service stations couldn’t do the work in months Tony managed to get you in and back on the road in days. Big thank you to The Shop!!!
We can’t recommend this shop enough. We were 10 hours from home on vacation when our truck broke down. Tony and Phil got us back on the road in a very timely manner so we could get back to IL. They were very professional, honest and fair.
