Been going here for years. No appointments but you can call in the morning and reserve a spot. Everyone is always friendly.

Called today to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional that I just hung up. Not going to be spoken down to in this economy by some young kid with no sense of social communication skills. Many other places and people who cut hair. Get real.
