This year I started back at Crossfit after a 6 year hiatus. The Shop and the other gym members has been great at helping to get me back into the swing of showing up and doing the work. All of the coaches have been helpful at offering alternatives for movements that my aged frame can't handle (yet). It will take time to get back to where I was but the team at The Shop are keeping it fun and encouraging.
I started at The Shop CrossFit in January of 2025 and haven't looked back. They are accommodating, encouraging, and supportive every time I step foot in the gym. They make it easy to stay committed and keep showing up for yourself, and for the community they have built. My husband and I love going there together and always look forward to it as a part of our day.
The Shop CrossFit is an awesome box. The owners/coaches know their stuff and accommodate all abilities. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and always clean!! Plenty of equipment and space for all class sizes. Shawn and Bethany (owners) are super friendly and encouraging, making sure you have put in all your effort while being safe and effective. I started at The Shop Crossfit in April 2023. Coach Beth has not only been encouraging but also provides personalized guidance in helping you work towards your goals. The community at The Shop has also played a key part in keeping me coming back weekly for 9 months now. From my first time walking through the doors, everyone has been welcoming and supportive.
