Great customer service. It was almost shocking how quickly I received a reply to a text inquiry, lol. I also found the ethic to be practical and very informative as far as procedural costs, etc, very refreshing.
Having traveled over an hour today to Westdale for a work appointment my car became stuck in the snow, in the driveway of a client’s home. I called The Shop on the advice of the home’s owner. The gentleman who answered was very nice & although his tow truck drivers were busy & have been working nonstop during the past week’s winter storm he sent a truck to help me. They arrived within 25 mins and were able to assist. I am so appreciative of their help & assistance.
I found myself in quite a situation with my truck and trailer while visiting Camden to ride snowmobile. Bryan was at the right place at the right time and I couldn't be more grateful. He got me out of the situation and back on with my day. A true professional and real gentleman. Thank you very much.
