The folks over at The Shop are excellent to work with. They are clear about pricing, what needs to be done, they offer suggestions for future needed repairs, but are never pushy about services.
Great explanations good experience everyone is so nice having car trouble or just need a check up come here

Normally I go to the shop in Hudson but I stopped in at this location because I couldn’t get something back on that is attached to the oil filter cap on my BMW I was struggling all last night and I stopped in today and they were quick to help! 10/10 would recommend
A+ experience. I called on a Tuesday asking to get a fuse checked, they took it in at 8:30 the next morning, checked it, and it started working again! And it was free of charge. As a college student this really means a lot and little victories like these are great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The inside of the shop is a nice place to wait and has coffee and soda for customers. I will come back if I need any other help with my car!
