Brought my BMW for a state inspection and CEL check. I’ve used them before without issue, but this experience—especially the inconsistent explanations—ended my trust. Can no longer recommend. Tires: The tech measured ≥2/32" (legal minimum in VA), but the shop failed the car, saying the tires were unsafe and illegal—which directly contradicts the measurement. First visit today with Adi and Mike at the Euro Shop today for a PPI on my BMW. Fantastic service and the staff are very personable and professional. I’ve never had a full printout with pictures and such a thorough diagnostic record for any car I’ve owned- I appreciate the transparency and it keeps people accountable. I will absolutely be taking my car here in the future for maintenance to keep her going for a lifetime- or at least the next ten years.
