The Shop has worked on both my sons car and mine. Every time we get the best in customer service. The owner personally explains the problems and explains the steps to repair. The owner even helped me get my truck started at the gas station next door due to the starter going out! Only cost me a thank you and a handshake for that service call! I highly recommend this place.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an auto shop. I had my minivan towed there because the transmission wasn't shifting properly and I didn't want to risk doing more damage by driving it. I was told I needed a new transmission. ( with only 67k miles on the van I found it hard to believe but figured they knew what they were talking about) Four days after it was supposed to be done I finally got it back and it was in worse shape than when I had it towed.
