Took my 2001 Kia Sportage in for a stumbling problem that I thought was engine related. They looked it over and determined that the issue was not engine related but was a driveline issue with the drives shaft. I was expecting to pay for diagnostic time but they said it was no problem and no cost for looking at it. Even after insisting to pay they declined.
