I went in yesterday for the first time and it will also be the last time. When I sat down in the chair I showed the lady a picture of myself with the exact length and style I wanted. I should have already known something was off when they had the chairs facing away from the mirror the entire time so you couldn’t see what they were doing. When she finally turned me around my hair was way shorter than I wanted and not the same style at all. Now I have to either look ridiculous for the next month or so or go buy a hat.
