Got windows tinted by Carlos and was charged $250 but had to go back because the bubbles he said would come out never did. He refused to fix the tint and very quickly said he would reimburse me $130, but that he had to remove the tint. I asked why and his sister said it was their policy. I never received any receipt . This guy doesn’t know how to do tint at all. There is no where around that states this policy any where on the premises. He is a liar and does not stand by his workmanship. This guy ray is super nice I had a car fixed I was 30.00 short he told me when I get the rest just pay him and I did thanks ray and Rudy you guys are aife saver...plus the other company told me I needed a water pump and I didn't happy happy happy 😊
