I can't say enough great things about The Shop. They have found and fixed, in a timely fashion, important problems that my dealership could not diagnose. Once, I embarrassingly mistook a tire pressure alert for an engine light and brought it in. They refilled my tire and sent me on my way free of charge despite being busy and surely having more important work to do. We're lucky to have a dependable and experience auto shop like this in Chatham. Thanks for all you do! I'd leave six stars if I could!
Travis and his crew are great. They’re flexible, well trained and a joy to do business with. His attention to detail and ability to fit customers in when there’s an emergency is so helpful. Very thankful for a shop that cares, does excellent work and is training up new mechanics to serve our community. I’d definitely recommend The Shop.
