RecommendedThe professionalism of the staff esp. Danette is a keeper, they/she knows their business. It is clean, which makes shopping @ Jay's a pleasant experience. While I am roaming around looking for that one item I have to have, there is no-one pressuring you for making a purchase.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. As soon as this one gentleman went out the door, they immediately started making fun of how he was dressed and they just kept going on and on about it and it was very rude. Also, their prices are really high. They had several very basic DVD players for $40. Obviously people can charge whatever they want for their products, but just a heads up to anyone who might be bargain hunting.
