I usually take my car to the dealer for relies or maintenance but my check engine light came on and the car started running rough. (While up town about 18 miles from the dealer) So I took it to The Shop, they just happened to pull up as closes repair facility. Made a U-Haul reservation at this location two weeks in advance for the day after Thanksgiving. I got there at my scheduled pick-up time and they were closed. Doors locked, lights off and no one to be seen. Obviously they modified their schedule for the holiday but didn't bother contacting me to let me know in advance. Incredibly unprofessional.
After getting my 2004 Accord worked on at another shop and paying $476.00 in the process, it was still not right !!! I took it back to the same shop 2 more times and another $185.00 it was still not shifting right. So I took it to The Shop on Graham and yes they had it for about a day and half before they found out what was causing the problem...but they found it!!! A sensor at the transmission and for $144.00 it was perfect!!! I was so pleased and happy with the service and the professional way I was treated! Thank you Jon!
