Jay came out this morning to do our first service call after having our Generac installed in April and we are very pleased with how he handled the service call and was very personable and knowledgeable about the process. I purchased a Generac from Shock Doctor back in March of 2024. Well during the recent power outage the Generac stopped working. Contacted Travis Ward (super guy) . At no fault of Shock Doctor, was a manufacturer defect. Travis found the issue , went back to their shop. Took an engine from another Generac.(New of course) brought it along with another generator to supply both my fridges while replacing the new engine. Customer service was outstanding.
