My team were at the Shoals for a work retreat, the place was recommended by a fellow teammate who had visited before. It was everything she said it would be! Quiet, serene, private. The weather was beautiful, not too warm and not cold. The food truck was perfect, the ambience made it all worthwhile. The room was very comfortable and spacious with outdoor seating areas for small gatherings with our team. Lauren was wonderful! My partner and I have been coming out to the eastern end of Long Island for several years now and this was our first time staying on the North Fork. We enjoy visiting wineries and with so many wineries on the North Fork, it made sense to actually stay here instead of staying in the Hamptons on the South Fork.
