Every room is impeccably designed and flawlessly maintained, the bedding is sumptuously comfortable, and the service is nothing short of exceptional. Celebrated my mother’s birthday last week in March. Although the room was ready prior to our arrival, we were charged $75 to access it 3hrs in advance (30% of the room rate). The front desk checked us into a larger room… and then asked us to leave that room a few minutes later because they made a mistake. Disappointing experience to an otherwise nice weekend.
