Had the most magical weekend during my stay. This hotel is a perfect little oasis. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The property is modern and the rooms were clean. Highly recommend!! Can’t say enough good things.
I am writing to share my recent experience when I called to inquire about a room charge during my first visit to the Shoals. I was eager to visit, especially since my sister and her family come here every year. However, I was disappointed by the service I received over the phone. Very expensive loud hotel with nasty staff and terrible management. You will get ZERO rest from hearing everything through their paper thin walls ... Including guests fighting, domestic violence and barking dogs. You will get ZERO relaxation and the staff rolls their eyes when you complain about it. To say the experience was horrible is an understatement. And for $1800 for 2 nights they don't even have a pool or a restaurant or a beach or anything. Just a food truck. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that create a warm, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. One of the biggest surprises was the fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient.
