We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom suite. The kitchenette was well stocked and the rooms were very clean. I could hear talking through the walls but no more than any other place. The staff was very accommodating.
My husband and I had a beautiful weekend stay at The Shoals first weekend of January and what a great experience it was! The room was spacious with an amazing kitchen and a beautiful dining table where we got to enjoy our meals. The entire space was super clean and the bed was heavenly. I loved getting to walk around the property and enjoy the sunset. One evening we bought a bottle of wine at their little market that has a great selection. My experience at The Shoals was highly disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly rude to my child, which is unacceptable for a place that should prioritize hospitality. Additionally, the thin walls in the rooms make it impossible not to hear the neighbors, compromising both privacy and rest. To make matters worse, the room's cleanliness was far below expectations, highlighting a lack of care for guests. I cannot recommend this hotel."
