They are well organized law firm that specializes in title work and mortgage/home loan closing.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! First and Foremost, the business response is full of lies and covering thier ....... The real estate taxes were paid WELL in advance of closing and if they had looked, they would have known that, but the problem is they didn't look. I closed on 12/22 and taxes were paid Nash County 11/10/25 and Rocky Mount City was paid 11/13/25. Tax screen shots are attached to this review. I can't attach any agreement because there isn't one.
