I contacted the office to request a single sentence letter from Natalie to support the sessions that I have had with Natalie. The response I received was this letter will be billed at half rate of an hour. ($95). For sessions that I have already paid for, how can you justify charging to basically provide me a receipt. Very greedy. Considering the purpose of the letter was for financial hardship, which I had already explained. I received no further response after that.
