I contacted the office to request a single sentence letter from Natalie to support the sessions that I have had with Natalie. The response I received was this letter will be billed at half rate of an hour. ($95). For sessions that I have already paid for, how can you justify charging to provide a basic receipt, it just feels like a cash grab.
