Brought my boat here a couple times. Dealt w the service manger both of them. His name is Kason…. he’s not friendly at all and extremely confrontational. Spoke to the owner about it….nothing. Told me the power rigging on a Yamaha outboard wasn’t covered under the warranty after I just spent $4500 on upgrades. Boat was a year old. Called Yamaha and they told me it was absolutely covered. Guy is lazy, has a bad attitude, and he smells like alcohol. I’d stay away.
These guys are always nice and knowledgeable. I have a small Carolina skiff and anywhere else I go for smaller parts or anything I get treated as an annoyance and never get calls back these guys are very smart and never act any different no matter the cost of your boat!
We had to get a new outboard on a fishing trip due to an accident on the way down with limited time and these guys were absolutely top notch, got us a new yamaha 250 installed, rigged, sea trialed and on the water in just a little over 1 day! They saved our trip, very fair prices, 100% went way above and beyond to get us back on the water asap without cutting corners. By far the best interaction and service I’ve ever had, they’ve earned my business for life!
Excellent customer service these guys are magnificent called for a part and they had it ready for me before I even got there I love this place.
The only place I will ever bring my two boats to be worked on ! Great people !!!
