Shipped a package that I packed myself and one of the people that worked there offered insurance to me incase the items get damaged during shipping and paid $155. My son received the package and his PC was damaged. Went back to shipping zone to file a claim and manager asked if they packaged it for me and I said no I did. She then said insurance doesn't cover cuz they didn't do the packing. Then why the heck did you offer me insurance if that's the case. It's your mistake not mine and need to retrain your people. The ladies working here are helpful. They pack and ship just about anything you can carry in. It is a fedex drop point. The parking lot is small and not very convenient but it's serviceable.
