Mala suerte al venir a cargar, cita a las 5pm ingreso 15min, 4 horas después y sigo igual en espera que se lleven el remolque a cargar. Al ingresar tienes que registrar con un código QR y la persona de vigilancia te ayuda un poco. Amable pero de lo demás es una pésima experiencia el venir a cargar. Si es Soltar y enganchar es más rápido. Ya me amaneció y sigo igual el remolque en donde mismo. Que mala experiencia venir a cargar aquí.
The gate agent takes forever to check you in, yall literally put in an automated system and yet here I am sitting for an hour at the gate while she chats up the dudes.
They seem to have a new system and have yet to work out the kinks. Some employees are helpful and understand others have the “idk I just work here mindset”. Mind you that response was given to me after I asked what the TEMP should be. Employee then proceeded to tell me “what do you want me to do call your ppl”. Then proceeded to rush me out of the property. BOL shows no reefer temp info even though this is a reefer load. 27 hours to get loaded. Yes two-seven.
