WARNING! Do not use this contractor! Dave Shipp and his team came to my home, made promises of doing a great job, that they loved my project because it was a clean and easy “in and out” replace the doors and windows” routine work. They indicated that I would have a dedicated supervisor who would ensure quality work. They ruined my home. Substandard materials, and work performed by young inexperienced guys with no supervision for the first 6 weeks of the project. Building or renovating a home, or in my case a business, is an emotion fuelled endeavour. For me, every day my business was closed for renovation was a day without my only source of income.
