I'll be honest, I haven't been here but I saw their ad for their Invisalign treatment package for $5000. That is outrageous. They're definitely not offering value to people at that rate. My dentist in White Rock did the exact same thing for less than $1000. So beware people.
Recommend not to sign up for their contact list. Their marketing team will harass you to no end. I signed up via FB to find an ped dentist for my kid and have been getting multiple text messages daily and phone calls twice a day even on the weekend. I told them I would phone back to inquire and maybe book appointment (their marketing team doesn’t know anything about the dental office’s services, just want to direct you to reception), yet their marketing team kept on calling me. Dr. Arora and team are just amazing. This new office opened right where I live. I switched over to them and I am amazed by the quality of work I received here. Had my teeth cleaning done and I am fully satisfied. Five stars all the way.
