Nice place, very quiet

Note: I am rating the subdivision as a whole but the only option to do so is to select the HOA’s google map spot. I would like to say the community HOA themselves have improved in the past couple of years. They’re getting much much more done, although you can’t at all expect any notice of when maintenance needs to get into your yard or will be working on your unit. None. I asked several times for any notice at all and was treated like I’m asking for something totally unreasonable. I also have no clue what roof work was done ... read more
