Extremely professional. Showed up to help after hours and had an entire new furnace ready to install by the next day
James is super helpful and reliable. I definitely recommend The Shield Mechanical CO. James came out and had our heater fixed within an hour of our call! He was very quick and it was a great price! He will be who we use for any of our HVAC needs!!
Was very happy with the quick response after we notified James Hussey of problem. Received a text immediately letting us know when he would be able to fix problem. Took care of it, and was very good at explaining what the trouble was.
They were very quick to respond. They fixed the issue same day as contact. The repair was made on a Sunday with no extra charge. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use them again in the future!
