I ordered some accessories for a shelf that was purchased from a different vendor, Sarah from the Shelving Store took a LOT of time explaining exactly why the things I ordered would not work with the other shelf, rather than just shipping things and making me return them. That's why I am now in the process of ordering a complete shelf system so I can compare them to "the other guys". This is how customer support should be done, well done Sarah.
Excellent selection and service. My shelves (heavy duty wire) are well made and they have many size options that I could not find in my area. I placed three orders in recent months and in all cases the shipping was fast, packed well, and all the various parts were inside the box, including extra pieces such as hangar rails. I also ordered plastic shelf liners and those were shipped separately but also very well packed. Haven't gotten response
I bought quite a bit from them (for a homeowner) in the past. The pricing was a bit high, but not crazy high. Well it's now crazy high (2021/2022). I priced out one wire unit with casters and 6 wire shelves. $433! Also the typical discount code does not apply anymore (used to be 11% sometimes 15% off depending on the day). The same item (size and shelf number wise 72H 24D 48W 6 shelves) from a local store (pickup today) $197! Back a few years ago it would of been more like 197 vs maybe 275 or so. But more than double!
