Non supportive asked for personal files. Only to discover that they want to make money of me to access my personal files which have all my mental health history. Becare full the care factor from this service is money oriented. Not the welfare for clients.
I've been seeing one of the experienced psychologists here for a number of years and I can highly recommend them for working through complex trauma, PTSD and dissociation. Through our sessions I have been helped to recognise and understand a lot about myself and my symptoms and how to use a range of helpful coping techniques.
