Beautiful boots, well made. My toes are toasty at last! Good to have the low-rise version because they're easy to slip into w my hip problems. Also like the removable insoles as I have arch supports inserted under them. My only suggestion is: pls glue the memory foam sole lining right to the edge of the sheepskin insole...the sheepskin curls under my feet where it's not glued to the edge, and irritates my instep.
I purchased two possum tails from here on 5-13 they were delivered to me in the US on 5-28. What great service and the product was outstanding as well. Already making flies for fishing. Stellar service and product.
Good product but let down by online customer service. Original order was placed on the 13th of April, I had to chase it up as I had no contact after 2wks (yes Easter & Anzac Day in between, but still an email takes 2mins) email went unanswered but the order progress was updated. Product was too small sadly so had to be returned, footed the bill for the return & waited.....& waited, 2wks after the tracking number told me it had been delivered back to them I emailed only to be told that I needed to pay extra for a bigger size.... read more
Ordered new insoles $19. each, very disappointed. Contacted them but no response. Narrow and miss-shappen.if this is the standard of there products i am glad I didn't order any ugg boots
