WONT ONLINE PURCHASE AGAIN: We put an order in 3 weeks ago. Got notification 3 working days later that the item was out of stock. Emailed to find out what was going on another 3 working days after that and got some nonsense about 'shipping coming from Christchurch' it's been 4 days more and still nothing. Save yourself the bother.

Is it standard practice to not reply to your customers emails? I have now emailed twice with no response. I have followed up with two calls to the store - each time I have been assured a call back from the manager - still have heard nothing. The service is extremely disappointing and I won’t be shopping here anymore.
