Winter is on its way and like me you will want to keep warm. To help achieve this, I purchased a NZ made possum and merino zipped sweater from the Sheepskin Factory. The Kiwis know what they are doing when it comes to clothing and outdoor equipment. It didn't take long to find its way to the UK from the other side of the world, it was reasonably priced and turned out to be just what I wanted. Unfair return policy. Recieved a gift I wanted to return (perfect condition and with receipt) but returns only allowed if ‘by prior arrangement’ whatever that means. They were well within their power to arrange a return but refused.
