Sales experience was good. The post sales experience has been really bad. At sale, we were told 7-10 days for delivery. Nobody called, nobody got in touch with us and I've spent quite a bit of time trying to get in touch. Again, shed company has been pretty good, but now we're told it will be way more time before we get the shed delivered. We're now looking from 7-10 to 28 DAYS!!!! Do NOT GET IN A HURRY FOR THIS. Had a very good experience shed are well-made for a very reasonable price. Delivery was great also and they match the color of the house very well
The worst customer service ever. Paul and Tom are running a scam here.. 600 dollars to move a shed .04 miles had to be cash up front. Neither knows whats going on and like to cover for each other. Was to be 4th on the list to have a shed moved 8 15 at night finally show up. Paul doent answer his text will call say on way but its to a different address and is over an hour out of area..
